摘要: A profile thermocouple employs a detachable and heat-resistant fixing assembly. The assembly has first tube second assembled with each other. temperature sensor is inserted in the tube, extension wires are tube. includes plurality of alloy wires, insulators, protecting made from metal. Therefore, prevented being short-circuited or broken, such that more precisely senses transverse-type diffusion furnace.
