摘要: The present invention relates to new compounds which are Heterocyclic derivatives of formula (I) wherein A, B, P, X, Y, Q, W, R1 and R2 defined in the description. Invention useful for treating central or peripheral nervous system disorders other affected by neuromodulatory effect mGluR5 positive allosteric modulators such as cognitive decline also treat both negative symptoms schizophrenia.
