摘要: The luminescence produced by Ca aequorin reaction in dilute solutions decays exponentially over a relatively prolonged period of time. concentration total and free Ca-EGTA buffers could be determined measuring the decay liquid scintillation counter. method is also suitable for determining small tissue samples.
