摘要: A recent architectural current, mainly carried by a desire of building transparency proposed completely glazed facades, released from their function bearing and reduced to the role envelope. In this case, only manner limiting maximum losses in an entirely is either build additional skin, or use most efficient possible glazing. The argument justifying overcost facade very often that energy effectiveness double-skin improvement interior environment. However, must be taken with many precautions. efficiency depends indeed on factors such as type building, orientation, level insulation, proportion opaque surfaces inside operating mode double-skin, position shading devices, quality dimension openings towards outside strategy control equipment integrated into facade, opening windows devices... This study compares consumption heating cooling without when natural strategies are not used, according insulation orientation double-skin. (c) 2006 Elsevier B.V. All rights reserved.
