摘要: Object In large vestibular schwannoma (VS), microsurgery is the main treatment option, and complete resection considered primary goal. However, previous studies have documented suboptimal facial nerve outcomes in patients who undergo of VSs. Subtotal likely to reduce risk injury but increases lesion regrowth. Gamma Knife surgery (GKS) can be performed achieve long-term growth control residual VS after incomplete resection. this study authors report on results treated using planned subtotal followed by GKS with special attention volumetric growth, rate, symptoms.
