摘要: A liquid atomiser composed of a piezoelectric transducer and metal plate with numerous micro-apertures is studied to identify the most influential factors on its atomising performance. The Taguchi method employed in experiment design analysis study how each factor acts process. An optimal condition determined for producing stream droplets. shows that droplet size spraying velocity are suitable ophthalmic drug delivery application, an even distribution over eyeball surface area due controllable cross-sectional stream. This greatly improves treatment effectiveness efficiency eye therapy. Finally, structure system proposed.
