摘要: Wnt/β-catenin signaling is essential for normal mammalian development. Wnt3a activates the pathway through stabilization of β-catenin; a process in which phosphoprotein Dishevelled figures prominently. Protein arginine methylation complexes containing was investigated. Mass spectrometry prominent arginine-methylated, Dishevelled-associated protein identified Ras GTPase activating protein-binding 1 G3BP1. Stimulation totipotent mouse embryonic F9 cells with provoked increased We show that G3BP1 novel Ctnnb1 mRNA binding protein. Methylation constitutes molecular switch regulates response to Wnt3a. Thus, targets acts as regulator mRNA.
