摘要: Quality in medical care must be measured order to improved. Trauma management is part of health care, and by definition, it checked constantly. The only way measure quality outcomes systematically accrue data analyze them. A systematic revision the literature about indicators trauma associated an international consensus conference An internationally approved base core set 82 was obtained: Indicators were divided into 6 fields: prevention, structure, process, outcome, post-traumatic management, society integrational effects. Present indicator represents result effort aiming provide a useful tool evaluation improvement. Further improvement may possible through registry development. This will allow for huge accrual permitting evaluate results compare outcomes.
