摘要: Staining characteristics have frequently been used for the identification and classification of cells or tissues, elements referred to as chromaffin cells, basophils, eosinophils chromophobes immediately spring mind. The term “chromaffin” was introduced by Kohn (1900, 1902, 1903,) in respect reaction adrenal medulla topographically developmentally associated with sympathetic neurons — particularly pre- paravertebral chains plexuses abdomen.
