摘要: The inclusion of soybean meal (SBM), especially in the diet Atlantic salmon, induces an inflammatory response distal intestinal mucosa, known as SBM-induced enteritis. A semi-quantitative scoring system was developed to assess extent morphological changes observed this study. influence SBM feeding has been investigated taking into account several dietary and non-dietary factors possibly involved induction disorder. It found that severity enteritis its kinetics are dose-dependent. Electron microscopy studies indicated a block endocytosis process strong decrease microvilli length. Comparative were carried out omnivorous species for first time ever reported, results suggested symptoms also occur common carp. Contrary observations with carp started recover from week four onwards. Several cytokines presumed they correlated modulation triggered by SBM-containing diet. different measured according degree developed. Low temperature (8 °C vs. 12 °C) seems delay onset symptoms. On other hand, it not strongly influenced either salinity or age. salmon depends on origin and/or processing soybeans. induced when soyasaponins fed alone combination components suggesting their possible role actual causative mechanisms action need further research. is concluded etiology development related rather than factors. levels commercial source used formulation have great impact disorder, mainly affecting process. This thesis evidenced directly disappearance supranuclear vacuoles, which can be considered most striking feature
