摘要: Conjugated polymers have been used in data-storage devices. A “state” has written by applying a voltage pulse. The state of the device “read” from current under small probe (0.2 V). polymer retained for more than 1 h which can be refreshed or erased at will. stored space charges pulse found to control charge injection and hence current. Their slow relaxation process resulted use conjugated memory applications. Hysteresis-type behavior observed current–voltage characteristics. density layer near metal/polymer interface depend on amplitude. studied two pulses. By varying delay between pulses, during relax redistribute, time constant calculated. was independent pace they were stored.
