摘要: 145 hydroxylamine and 5 bromodesoxyuridine induced mutations were mapped for the bacteriophage T4B lysozyme gene. The distributed among 14 sited, two of which (the region 20th–23th codons 69th codon) contain 65 42 respectively (hot spots). It was established that CAG glutamine CGA arginine are utilized in vivo. On bases known sequence amino acids information on nucleotide composition phage DNA, nature hot spots is discussed it suggested transition close connected to regions a DNA rich AT pairs.
