摘要: Phosphorylase activity was found to increase 2-fold as compared with the control value (79% and 39% respectively) within first 2–3 s of vasomotor effect elicited in skeletal muscle by sympathetic stimulation. still high during period maximum blood flow, although a lesser extent (54% 45%). During phase restoration initial rate flow values phosphorylase were same experimental sample. The AMP content did not initiation effect, this fact suggests that is due an “a” rather than activation “b” AMP. Atropine blocks both dilator Acetylcholine, injected intraarterially or added homogenate, increases activity. It concluded acetylcholine, released nerve endings, performs second mediator function, activating anaerobic metabolism muscle. two functions acetylcholine seem be spatially delimited.
