摘要: Molecular diversity was analysed among 160 sugarcane clones consisting of 109 modern cultivars mainly from Barbados and Mauritius 51 S. officinarum species, which is the major source genes in cultivars. Twelve low copy nuclear RFLP probes scattered over genome were applied. Although only a few used genealogy cultivars, they encompassed most observed within this species. Moreover, more than 80% markers present whole sample also due probably to high heterozygosity polyploidy. A distinct separation between two main groups Mauritius. This appeared essentially spontaneum alleles Mauritian absent Barbadan ones. Linkage disequilibrium investigated population 59 using 38 regularly distributed map. Associations 33 loci separated by less 10 cM. interpreted as result foundation bottleneck related history practical application that can be track known QTL breeding materials without necessity repeatedly study segregating progenies.
