Epidemiological and obstetrics aspects in women with recurrent pregnancy losses at a public maternity in the Brazilian Northeast.

摘要: PURPOSE:To describe the epidemiologic and obstetric characteristics of women with recurrent miscarriages.METHODS:A descriptive analytical study whose inclusion criterion was every woman that attended at clinic for miscarriage (loss group), between January 2006 December 2010. Patients did not live in Salvador, Bahia, Brazil, those who were reached by telephone or number included medical record included. The Control Group consisted 204 pregnant seen low-risk prenatal care unit May 2007 April 2008. Women accept to be interviewed risk excluded from Group. analyzed variables were: age, education, occupation, marital status, alcohol consumption, body mass index, history gestational age when losses occurred. SPSS 18.0 program used statistical analysis.
