摘要: 1-Naphthol at concentrations ranging from 0.4 to 34.6 mg/l was found in urine collected directly after the end of work shift a group industrial workers employed distillation naphthalene oil. The maximum excretion one hour and mean rate 0.57 mg/h. Coke plant exposed other aromatic polycyclic hydrocarbons also had 1-naphthol their urine. Mean values were 0.89 (working with new technology) 4.86 old rates 0.19 0.31 mg/h respectively. shifted two three hours exposure. For non-exposed subjects urinary concentration 120 micrograms/l 7.0 micrograms/h.
