摘要: Many multichain antigen receptors on the surfaces of immune cells signal by stimulating phosphorylation key intracellular proteins tyrosine. This occurs even though transmembrane components themselves lack intrinsic enzymic activity. Instead, these associate with and through cytoplasmic proteintyrosine kinases. These kinases are now known to include members a new family for which prototype is recently discovered enzyme as p72 syk .
