摘要: I study the effect of a small import tariff imposed by government an economic union countries upon welfare workers in its member countries. examine whether some are made worse off imposition. Special attention is paid to population distribution within and geographical relationship among trading also imposition reduces gaps between levels countries. JEL Classification Numbers: F13, R13.
