摘要: Conventional acute tests are not suited to assess the effects of toxicants, because they do use concentrations that usually found in natural ecosystems. By contrast, nonlethal realistic may cause deleterious on animal fitness as a consequence behaviour impairment. Behaviour is good integrative variable complex biochemical and physiological processes. Therefore, bioassays based useful tool ecotoxicology. In this study, two were conducted: (1) bioassay (48 h) acetone aquatic snail Potamopyrgus antipodarum, (2) video-recording behavioural with pulse exposures its feeding behaviour. latter, animals exposed three pulses (24 h each) 6 days postexposure after each pulse. This design allowed us degree recovery exposure repeated pulses. Our results show periods have an important effect normal developed ecotoxicological relatively low-cost short-time consuming. The application new different requirements discussed.
