摘要: It has been postulated that patellar position is influenced by subtalar joint mechanics. The purpose of this study was to compare the alignment observed radiographic analysis in subjects with excessive rearfoot pronation, both pre- and post-placement semirigid posting. Sixteen asymptomatic patellofemoral joints were contributed from 12 female (four bilaterally). amount posting each subject received related pronation present. subjects' radiographed full weight-bearing, tangential view, (resting calcaneal stance position) post- (neutral placement material. paired t test revealed a statistically significant change positioning (medial glide) after (p < or = .05). This finding structural implications for utilization orthotics treatment patients pain syndrome requisite pronation.
