摘要: In this article, the authors discuss “whole-of-government” initiatives as a reaction to negative effects of New Public Management reforms such structural devolution, “single-purpose organizations,” and performance management but also more insecure world. The examine what is meant by approach explore how concept might be interpreted in analytical terms. contrasted with cultural perspective myth-based perspective. Finally, results, experiences, lessons from whole-of-government movement are discussed.
