摘要: In the past few years, mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) have come into limelight because of their multi-lineage cell potential, which retains some aspects embryonic cells, and characteristic immunoregulatory functions exerted on different immune effector cells. The regenerative immunomodulatory potential MSCs has been used to support hemopoietic engraftment; repair or regenerate damaged mutated tissues, such as bone, cartilage, myocardial hepatic tissues; interfere with neoplastic growth by transfecting anti-neoplastic molecules; modulate autoimmune reactions collagenopathies, multiple sclerosis graft versus host disease. Thus, appear be a very promising tool for therapy.
