摘要: Publisher Summary This chapter describes the mammalian nucleolytic enzymes and their localization. A multitude of varying degrees specificity exhibits hydrolytic activity against ribonucleic acid (RNA), deoxyribonucleic (DNA), nucleoside cyclic phosphates. Attempts at direct intracellular localization have been confined largely to differentiated materials higher organisms. Pancreatic RNase is most abundant in pancreas, but similar found other tissues body fluids. ribonuclease with that for pancreatic enzyme has isolated purified 260-fold from KB cultured epithelial cells. DNase I was first crystallized occurs organs. The optimally active about pH 7 usually activated by Mg 2+ . Native DNA depolymerized, a rapid decrease viscosity, denatured attacked more slowly. inactive toward small oligonucleotides, esters mononucleotides, apurinic acid, deaminated single-stranded DNA.
