摘要: Abstract The fibrinolytic system during normal pregnancy was investigated. A decrease in plasma euglobulin activity, assayed on fibrin plates and representing activator occurs the second third trimester of pregnancy. pattern has reappeared 6 weeks post partum. Plasminogen activity does not change Fibrinogen concentration increases with progress In late serum fraction, normally inactive, shows slight suggesting a adsorption active compounds to fibrin. Taken together increase inhibition urokinase-induced fibrinolysis, these findings are suggestive delayed fibrinolysis Combined reported some coagulation factors pregnancy, this would suggest possibility increased frequency thromboembolic disease but most clinical observations do support suggestion. complicated systems like blood it is difficult interpret physiological significance laboratory findings.
