摘要: It is widely accepted that the catalytic cycle of cross-coupling reactions organometallic reagents with aryl halides catalyzed by transition metals consists three fundamental processes: oxidative addition, transmetalation, and reductive elimination. Although details addition elimination have been extensively studied, little research on detailed mechanisms for transmetalation has exploited until recently. In this chapter, recent examples process (a transfer organic groups to palladium) are generally outlined, vis-a-vis intermediate complexes after in Suzuki–Miyaura coupling effect added copper salts Migita–Kosugi–Stille coupling.
