摘要: A fundamental problem facing the next generation of Satellite Communications (SatComs) is spectrum congestion and how scarce spectral resources are allocated to meet demand for higher rate reliable broadband communications. In this context, paper addresses cognitive satellite uplink where terminals reuse frequency bands Fixed-Service (FS) terrestrial microwave links which incumbent users in Ka band. scenario, transmit power has be controlled such that total aggregated interference at FS system kept below some acceptable threshold. paper, we review simple efficient allocation techniques available literature and, with slight adaptations, evaluate them proposed co-existence scenario. The presented numerical results highlight tradeoff between level channel state information rates can achieved network.
