摘要: The incidence of thyroid cancer and its associated morbidity has shown the most rapid increase among all cancers since 1982, but mechanisms involved in cancer, particularly significant key genes induced remain undefined. In many studies, gene probes have been used to search for causing facilitating cancer. As a result, possible virulence pathways identified. However, these studies lack case contrast selecting pathways, as well conclusive results with which clarify development. present study, we set enrichment meta-analysis select pathways. Based on enrichment, identified 5 downregulated 4 upregulated mixed 6 tissue datasets. meta-analysis, there were 17 common One pathway, p53 signaling includes 13 genes, was by both analysis meta-analysis. Genes are important elements that form These can induce development later life. study be next stage research, will involve elimination other methods experimentation.
