摘要: Soil properties dramatically change after long-term greenhouse vegetable cultivation, which further affects soil selenium (Se) nutritional status and plant Se uptake. An evaluation of availability cultivation (GVC) can help in better understanding its influential factors under GVC conditions will also facilitate regulation nutrition systems. Two typical bases were chosen: one with clayey acidic Nanjing, southern China, the other sandy alkaline Shouguang, northern China. Twenty-seven surface samples at Nanjing base 61 Shouguang collected according to duration intensity. including available (PO3−4-Se) total (T-Se) analyzed. The results showed that PO3−4-Se was significantly negatively correlated Olsen-P, K (A-K), electrical conductivity (EC) base. At base, however, no significant correlation found between Olsen-P EC, increased increasing organic matter (OM). Intensively utilized caused changes affected availability. Due different management practices, dominant affecting varied two bases. factor on status, especially A-K status. where fertilizers applied high rates, OM factor.
