摘要: A number of optical techniques have been reported in the scientific literature as accomplishable methodologies to diagnose diseases biological tissue, for instance, diffuse reflectance spectroscopy (DRS) and polarization imaging (OPI). The skin is largest organ body consists three primary layers, namely, epidermis (the outermost layer exposed world), dermis, hypodermis. changes from site site, mainly because difference hydration. lower water content increase light scattering reduce penetration depth radiation. In this work, two hairless mice selected evaluate their features by using DRS OPI. Four areas specimen were chosen realize comparison: back, abdomen, tail, head. From DRS, it was possible distinguish nature different blood irrigation at dermis. other hand, OPI shows pseudo-depolarizing regions measured Mueller images related a spatially varying propagation scattered light. This provides information about cell size irradiated skin.
