摘要: A fair and reasonable evaluation method of a country’s health care system (HCS) is necessary. With the data provided by World Health Organization (WHO), analytic hierarchy process (AHP) was applied to establish an AHP structure including 4 modules 13 metrics. Then, weight every metric obtained using entropy method. Following basic model, deeper analysis done make simpler more feasible. new model named projection pursuit principal components (PPPCA) developed select most important viable Using genetic algorithm, five major metrics life expectancy at birth, birth attended midwives, nurse density, expenditure shared social security alcohol consumption were screened out. Next, 105 countries' HCSs evaluated with 5 got in previous respectively. The rankings two methods almost same. Applying our models, pairs countries compared. results showed that Japan has effective HCS than United States better India. Finally, computer simulations States, several practical measures improve overall quality system.
