摘要: Using a whole-cell antigen antibody to Trichomonas vaginalis was measured by an enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). IgG found in sera from only three of 99 children under 12 years age. In contrast, serum or IgM both were detected 80.4% women who had vaginal trichomoniasis and 13.7% uninfected women. Although cervical secretions, the correlation between current infection presence poorer than circulating infection. IgA secretions 73.2% 41% infected respectively. This may be accounted for, at least partly, previous infections since antibody, local, most often history trichomoniasis. There no indication that some other micro-organism stimulated directed against T vaginalis.
