摘要: This paper describes a ferrite low temperature co-fired ceramic (LTCC) edge-guided circulator. Traditional Y-junction stripline circulator has one disk surrounded by dielectric material. A design of presented here uses only LTCC. The material exposed under the magnetic bias shows its properties and rest properties. It been demonstrated that passive component like could be realized on LTCC substrate without adding other materials. So this integrated with RF components such as antennas, amplifiers filters etc in System-on-Package (SoP).
