摘要: OBJECTIVES: This study evaluates the repeatability of brain perfusion using dynamic susceptibility contrast magnetic resonance imaging (DSC-MRI) with a variety post-processing methods. METHODS: Thirty-two patients newly diagnosed glioblastoma were recruited. On 3-T MRI dual-echo, gradient-echo spin-echo DSC-MRI protocol, scanned twice 1 to 5 days apart. Perfusion maps including cerebral blood volume (CBV) and flow (CBF) generated two agent leakage correction methods, along testing normalization reference tissue, application arterial input function (AIF). Repeatability CBV CBF within tumor regions healthy tissues, identified by structural images, was assessed intra-class correlation coefficients (ICCs) (RCs). Coefficients variation (CVs) reported for selected RESULTS: highly repeatable ICC values up 0.97. However, both showed lower ICCs healthycorticaltissues(upto0.83),healthygraymatter(upto0.95),andhealthywhitematter(WM;upto0.93).Thevalues CV ranged from 6% 10% in 3% 11% tissues. The RC relative mean value measurement WM 22% 42% 7% 43% These percentages show how much parameter, that WM, we expect observe
