摘要: Reduction of estradiol production and high serum concentrations follicular stimulating hormone (FSH) are endocrine disorders associated with premature ovarian failure. Here, we report that transplantation ovarian-like cells differentiated from stem restored endogenous levels. Stem were isolated postnatal mouse skin into ovarian-cell-like consistent female germ, follicle somatic cells. The transplanted ovariectomized mice (Cell Trans), whereas control subjected to bilateral ovariectomies without cell (OVX).
