摘要: In the current study, thirteen individuals from ten endemic Hieracium (Asteraceae) taxa were analyzed by using sequences of internal transcribed spacers (ITS) nuclear ribosomal DNA in order to see whether ITS could provide additional useful information for relationships genus or not. Therefore, total genomic was isolated healthy leaves each individual collected different localities North-east (NE) Anatolia (Turkey). Amplification entire region performed universal primers with aid polymerase chain reaction (PCR). Neighbor Joining (NJ) and Maximum Parsimony (MP) trees constructed based on elucidate phylogenetic among investigated taxa. The aligned comprised 710 characters. Divergence values ranged 0.0 2.1%. data provided sufficient variation resolve interspecific relationships, but topologies NJ MP did not support conventional subgeneric classification species.
