摘要: A 43-year-old man presented with a neurocytoma manifesting as severe headache and disturbance of consciousness. Computed tomography revealed intraventricular hemorrhage, small mass lesion calcification on the wall left lateral ventricle. The appeared mixed intensity regions both T1- T2-weighted magnetic resonance imaging, heterogeneous enhancement gadolinium-diethylenetriaminepenta-acetic acid. Angiography showed pooling sign near in late venous phase. Neurologically, amnestic syndrome was demonstrated subacute Gross total removal performed through transcallosal approach. His transient memory resolved. histological diagnosis neurocytoma. Intraventricular hemorrhage is rare initial presentation Surgery should avoid fornix injury risk permanent disturbance.
