摘要: Abstract Supply-chain competitiveness is a holistic matter that requires each partner within the supply chain to align their structural elements. With this idea in mind, following paper presents manufacturing organization from supply-chain standpoint (supply elements), discusses importance of alignment and among elements, proposes quantitative methodology achieve proper alignment, cost, time, easiness, expertise perspectives. The applied real case order probe its usefulness strategist. Future research will extend for hybrid business models.
