摘要: Hydroflumethiazide was determined from the chemiluminescence produced in its reaction with Ce(IV) acidic medium containing rhodamine 6G as a sensitizer using flow injection techniques (stopped mode). A straightforward automatic method based on measuring peak height and area, which are directly proportional to hydroflumethiazide concentration, thus developed. The calibration graphs were linear over concentration range of 1.0–30 µg mL−1. limit detection according Clayton 0.97 0.91 mL−1 for area measurements, respectively. relative standard deviation ten samples less than 3.0% both types measurements. procedure applied determination pharmaceutical formulations, yielding excellent recoveries, since is free interference common excipients other drugs present formulation.
