摘要: Aspergillus oryzae was isolated from radionuclides’ contaminated soils, and dielectric barrier discharge plasma used to mutate A. improve bioremediation capability of U(VI) pollution. The maximum accumulation capacities on mutated A.oryzae 627.4 mg/g at T = 298 K pH 5.5, which approximately twice than that raw A.oryzae. XPS analysis indicated largely attributable nitrogen- oxygen-containing functional groups fungal mycelia. can be harnessed as agents for radionuclides
