摘要: Summary In the great majority of patients with hypoplasia middle third face, surgical advancement or displacement maxilla results in a subjective improvement nasal breathing, which can also be verified. This is due to an increase volume skeleton and/or nasolabial angle, improves ventilation. These operations have virtually no effect on endonasal obstructions flow, which, order further improve should dealt separately.
