摘要: This chapter reviews two unique disorders experienced by homosexual men. These entities have been referred to as the “gay bowel syndrome” and “diffuse (persistent) lymphadenopathy syndrome.” section of text does not focus on clinical features male who has developed AIDS (see Chapter 4). However, all men, regardless their “presenting” or “chief complaint,” deserve a thorough medical history physical examination, this process can often raise physician’s consciousness that patient AIDS-related complex.1 Tables 3.1 3.2 list those findings should suggest AIDS-associated conditions.
