Timidez y fobia social en niños y adolescentes: un campo emergente

摘要: Resumen Presentamos los resultados de un meta-analisis sobre la eficacia del tratamiento psicologico en problemas timidez y fobia social ninos adolescentes. Se incluyen 15 articulos que cumplieron con criterios seleccion, dando lugar a 24 estudios independientes. Los tamanos efecto medio general, el postest (d+ = 0,59) seguimiento 0,64), reflejaron las intervenciones para disminuir o eliminar social, asi como respuestas ansiedad, desadaptacion, mejora autoestima habilidades sociales. hallaron diferencias significativas entre diferentes componentes tratamiento, destacando combinacion exposicion, sociales tecnicas cognitivas. Otras variables relevantes han sido duracion, frecuencia e intensidad edad genero participantes mortalidad calidad experimental. Finalmente, discutimos se proponen ciertas indicaciones investigacion futura estos conducta. PALABRAS CLAVE: Fobia infanto-juvenil, meta-analisis, timidez.
