摘要: This article describes a survey which aims to identify the relative importance of set factors that affect motivation software engineers at work. The conceptual underpinnings human used in research are Expectancy Theory and Motivation-Hygiene Theory. In study, was conducted involving 176 from State Pernambuco, Brazil. Data collected with received statistical treatment test correlation among motivational factors, existing correlations were create partial order relation reflects importance, or systemic influence, factors. is an important result for definition programs organizations. findings this study contribute construction empirically based methods building developing effective engineering teams.
