摘要: This article describes a survey which aims to identify the relative importance of set factors that affect motivation software engineers at work. The conceptual underpinnings human used in research are Expectancy Theory and Motivation-Hygiene Theory. In study, was conducted involving 176 from State Pernambuco, Brazil.
