摘要: A water absorption biomaterial, sodium carboxymethylation-functionalized chitosan fibers (Na-NOCC fibers) were prepared, applied for cutaneous wound repair, and characterized by FTIR NMR. The of Na-NOCC increased significantly with substitution degree rising, from 3.2 to 6.8 g/g, higher than that (2.2 g/g) confirmed swelling behavior. In the antibacterial action, high exhibited stronger activities against E. coli (from 66.54% up 88.86%). inhibition S. aureus above 90%, more effective coli. cytotoxicity assay demonstrated Na-NOCC2 no obvious mouse fibroblasts. Wound healing test histological examination showed advanced granulation tissue capillary formation in healing-impaired wounds treated fibers, as compared those gauze, which Na- NOCC could promote skin repair might have great application healing.
