摘要: Due to the limited resolution of single-photon emission computed tomography (SPECT) imaging devices, tissue interfaces are not well defined in reconstructed image, even though recovery techniques may be used during reconstruction. Therefore, segmentation a particular region and quantification tracer uptake that is critical due spillover effects, when based on SPECT image only. In this study, we present two methods for by matched high structural magnetic resonance image. We show preliminary results both techniques, applied quantifying regional different compartments phantom simulating basal ganglia. These indicate method, which takes into account blurring device, promises perform better presence background activity.
