摘要: Bisphenol A (BPA) and diethylstilbestrol (DES) have been reported to cause sperm toxicity. To identify an earlier marker of toxicity environmental substances or food additives, this study determined whether the levels reactive oxygen species (ROS) in sperms could serve as indices for prediction quality. Male Wistar rats were given drinking water containing various doses BPA DES 8 weeks. Some treated with 0.45% N-acetyl cysteine (NAC) 2 days prior administration BPA. Administration 1 week dose-dependently increased production ROS, even at time points which had no effect on motility. 4-Hydroxy-2-nonenal modified proteins weeks after treatment. NAC reversed oxidative stress prevented loss function BPA-treated group. During observation, changes motility, count morphology not correlated increase ROS levels. These results suggest that may be used early indicator quality decreases result from chronic
