摘要: Detection of minute quantities target antigens in serum samples (consisting a mixture proteins/biomolecules) can be achieved by enhancement the capture efficiencies heterogeneous immunosensors. An important process parameter which affects analytes such immunosensors is pH solution as proteins present are charged molecules. Here, we investigated prostate-specific (PSAs), first mixed-analyte system wherein contained two other non-specific along with analyte, using surface plasmon resonance spectroscopy. There no reports on detection mixed based optimization values carrier fluid, and this motivation work. Further, studied interference effects caused presence these systems artificially increasing ratio interfering to that protein. Eventually PSA spiked into rabbit was captured through solution. We could detect when diluted 100 times or more, where amounts were ~ 66 amount PSA. This study proposes immunosensor tuning mixture, utilized disease biomarkers samples.
