摘要: Cytotoxic T lymphocyte responses are effectively induced to an antigen of interest, particularly viral, bacterial, parasitic and tumor antigens. Compositions, including pharmaceutical compositions, CTL-inducing peptide adjuvant or a lipidated which induces helper cell (HTL) response stimulate the specific CTL response. Among viral antigens in humans those hepatitis B. The may be optimized by regimen two more booster administrations. Coktails inducing peptides employed optimize epitope and/or MHC class I restricted coverage.
