摘要: Objective:  To review assessment instruments used for detection of prodromal or at-risk mental states, and discuss their role in current research. Method:  A systematic electronic literature search was conducted supplemented by a manual search. All relevant scales were selected the purpose review. Results:  Six interviews four screening found. Two main traditions are prevailing: Attenuated Positive Symptoms approach Basic approach. Reports psychometric properties preliminary. Conclusion:  The detect individuals with an increased risk psychosis clinical populations, but predictive validity measures reliability is insufficiently evaluated. Studies including from both should be conducted, order to obtain empirical basis hypothesized relations between instruments. Instruments elucidating phenomenological aspects anomalies self-experience may contribute valuable data on pre-onset phase psychosis.
