摘要: Abstract This study investigates hydrologic processes of four different flow-through created freshwater wetlands in Ohio, USA, by use several versions a simple daily mass-balance water budget model. The model includes surface inflows and outflows, precipitation, evapotranspiration, groundwater seepage. We calibrated the for two experimental that had pumped inflow during 1999 validated it 2000–2002 on same basins. coefficient prediction efficiency is 0.70 modelled hydroperiod followed observed depths calibration period well. average retention time year was 4.4–4.6 days. applied to 3-ha riparian wetland receives river flooding. Results illustrated this has developed with more than sufficient flooding ensure will meet criteria formal jurisdictional definition USA. Water predictions stormwater provided useful design information dynamics prior construction system. simulated average, dry, wet years. An integrated systems approach using STELLA 7.0 its capabilities dynamic interface level control (e.g. buttons switches) features.
